MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM3566 is a low quiescent current 200mA LDO. It operates stably without input/output capacitors.Therefore the number of external capacitor is reduced. In addition, the bias boost circuit improves load response characteristics in addition to low current consumption at no load, making it ideal for portable equipments.
